- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing is customized based on your business needs. Payment terms will be agreed upon during your onboarding process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Costonomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
